1. Eligibility

  • Open to all individuals residing in Malaysia with a minimum age of 18 years and above.
  • Employees of Recogen Malaysia and their immediate family members are eligible to participate.

2. Contest Period

The contest is valid for purchases made from 22 April 2025 until 23 May 2025.

3. How to Participate

To enter:

  1. Make a purchase from the official Recogen website within the contest period.
  2. One receipt equals one entry.
  3. Screenshot your official proof of purchase (receipt).
  4. Scan the QR code on the website or access the Google Form provided.
  5. Submit your:
    • Full Name as per IC
    • Email Address
    • Contact Number
    • Shipping Address
    • 5 Digit Order Number (example: #12345)

Submission Deadline: All entries must be submitted by 23 May 2025 (11:59 PM).

One order number = one entry.
Multiple order numbers mean more chances to win.

4. Prizes

Six (6) winners will each receive:

  • 1x Deluxe Room Voucher at Impiana Hotel Ipoh
  • 1-night stay for 2 persons with breakfast
  • Voucher is valid from 5 May 2025 to 5 November 2025.
  • Vouchers will be posted to the mailing address provided in the submission form.
  • Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.

5. Winner Selection & Announcement

  • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
  • Announcement will be made on 28 May 2025 via Recogen Malaysia’s official Instagram (@recogen_malaysia).
  • Winners will also be notified directly via the email and phone number provided.

6. Redemption Terms

  • Winners must confirm their acceptance and provide any additional details requested within five (5) days of notification.
  • Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in disqualification, and a new winner will be selected.

7. Additional Terms

  • Recogen Malaysia reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or violating the T&Cs.
  • By participating, you agree that Recogen Malaysia may collect and use your personal data for the purposes of administering the contest and for promotional activities.
